With more than twenty years’ senior executive experience across multiple industries, her expert ability to work with the flow and pace of change has seen her navigate uncertain and ambiguous environments and secure sustainable outcomes with focus and grace.

Michelle has undergraduate degrees in Communications and Commerce, a Masters in International Trade, a Graduate Certificate in Compliance Management and Certification by the International Federation of Compliance Associations.

She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of Finsia and the Australian Institute of Management, and alumnus of Leadership Victoria’s Williamson Community Leadership Program.  She is an accredited coach, trainer and facilitator.

I first met Michelle when I was working at Coles. Michelle was engaged by Coles to provide leadership development to the HR practitioners at the annual HR conference. Michelle worked for me when I led the NextGen program at NAB. The scope of the NextGen program is to replace the core banking, risk and treasury systems for NAB partnering with Oracle. It is an ambitious program on a global scale. At its peak we had over 1000 people working on the program.

Michelle had responsibility for the Change and Communications workstreams. She brought strategic thinking, drive, dedication and a can do attitude to the role. A key element was stakeholder management which with a program of this size and scale touched all areas of the bank.
